Learn fast, fail fast – design sprints

Since Sprint by Jake Knapp was published, there’s been a lot of excitement around the idea of setting up strategic design sprints within organisations that are actively taking control of their digital strategies.

The “learn fast, fail fast” methodology features a structured five-phase process using design thinking with the aim of reducing risk when bringing a new product or service to the market. Developed by Knapp during his time at Google, this process has proved successful for companies across a number of industries.

While sprints are rapidly being adopted within organisations, it’s important to partner with the right consultant who will be able to help you to distinguish between design thinking and design sprints. They will be able to successfully guide you through the process of understanding, sketching, deciding, prototyping and testing.
